I’ve had the privilege of watching Ali Mehboob from Noor Finance build his business from day one, and what he has achieved in his first calendar year is nothing short of amazing. Here is a snapshot of his outstanding progress

• Joined Vision Aggregation in December 2024
• Joined our Mentor Program on the same day
• He was released from the Mentor Program after just one year.  He successfully completed the requirements very quickly.
• Won the Mentee of the Year Award (normally this is won by a broker in their 2^nd year with us)
• He settled $10.9m in 2025, his first calendar year of business.

Numbers only tell part of the story. What stands out more is how Ali has done it. He brings relentless energy, genuine care for his clients, and a level of professionalism that most brokers take years to develop.  From the outset, he went really hard.

• He attended every training session, and very quickly became a very strong contributor
• He went and met lenders regularly
• He built his network with discipline and energy
• He approached the business with maturity, intent and humour.
• He built strong referral relationships, followed up consistently, and focused on delivering a client experience that people talk about.

Clients are drawn to Ali.  He is very warm, friendly and easy to deal with. Everyone (brokers, lenders, clients) respect him because he’s organised, proactive and dependable. Within a very short period, he has positioned himself as someone people trust. What’s been equally impressive is the way he has stepped into leadership so quickly. Despite being new to the industry, he contributes to group discussions, supports other brokers, and isn’t afraid to share what’s working. That confidence, paired with humility and a willingness to learn, is awesome to have in our group. He doesn’t wait for things to happen. He seeks feedback. He invests in his own development. He shows up consistently. The reality is that many brokers take several years to reach the level of production Ali has achieved in year one.  If his first year is any indication, this is only the beginning. He has the work ethic, the mindset and the character to become a standout in this industry for many years to come. All of these qualities will make Ali a wonderful long term member of our industry. I have no hesitation in recommending him for this award.
